Sit ups and Abdominal exercises

I have put together a list of abdominal exercises that I am familiar with at...



I would like to add more so I welcome suggestions from anyone here

The best ab exercises are squats and deadlifts! Don't waste time on ab exercises until you have done your squats and deadlifts!
 
Very interesting, is that because you are holding your abdominal muscles in tension throughout the whole squat or deadlift ?
 
Heck yea, I had deadlifts in my workout today, and it truly is amazing how many muscles work to stabilize, lift, lower...abs included.
 
guys, what is a deadlift ? I am guessing the squat is when you hold some freeweights on your shoulders and kneel down with both legs and go up and down correct ? I hope Im right on the squats, although deadlifts I never hear of, Sorry guys, im new to this also.
 
overhead squats,squating while holding a weight infront of you while making sure to keep your arms straight and one are dumbell thrusters, then deadlifts and good mornings
 
ab exercises

I agree that squats and deads are a good way to go, but if you're looking for some alternative to regular crunches, yo might wanna try planks. Here's a link to a few variety of plank exercises.

How much weight are you lifting? 2-2.5 times your bodyweight is a good goal to shoot for. When you get to there you will definately feel them all over your body.
