Single Leg Squats

Good alternative if you can't do actual squats? (workout @ home)

I also do Deadlifts, but wanted to make sure this could be considered a good alternative.

I do it like the picture attached... put 1 leg on my bench.. 3 sets of 12.

I took nearly a month to find out what a Bulgarian Squat was, and ultimately PB taught me. THEN here this comes.... OMG!!! the universe makes me earn everything!!! eheheheehehe

jusdt call them bulgarians. i busted my toe doiung them once but now i must rejoyce or something good night.
