silly question

i recently got Dance Dance Revolution(dancing video game) and i am playing it a lot. like at least an hour a day. its fun.

so will this affect my weight training given i eat enough to gain? it is not high intensity by any means(im only on standard). i mean i dont want to sacrifice training progress to get better at ddr....

lmao.

I guess you could use it as cardio though. <--being serious.

I know when I play basketball with friends it seems like squats are harder on that day.

haha DDR, I wanna play it

yea, prob as cardio i would guess, you should prob do it after a workout if your good and fast at it

lol. i like it too mrs. m. how good were you?
and its a good enough cardio to get me sweating after about half an hour or so. it doesnt make me lose my breath at all. im never gasping. i never have to stop for longer than 20-30 seconds to get my breath.

but my calves are sore. i guess its from all the "air" iv been getting. lol i try not to land hard :D

A cat is cool (though personally I wouldnt have one), they have ATTITUDE and persistance in this ATTITUDE, and percieve this ATTITUDE in themselves, and then become an annoyance through PURRING into ingorance. :D

Dancing is all good P-boy! Shakes up the blood reves up the body, go for it.

I changed mine to a puma earlier. I came on and just wanted something different :) Cat family PB, blood brothers =]

the game is an intense game. in TKD we actually even recommend it to parents who have elctro-addicted kids.

P.S. calories burned would be high do to the "state of readiness." kinda like tennis, but not really.

lol i dont think im going to throw out my right lat playing ddr :D
at worst, i might sprain an anke or something but i dont think so. ^_^
