side bends

I heard side bends are bad if your trying to get six pack abs I heard that your just making your waist wider because of this is this true?
 
I don't know about that, but what would your waist being wider have **** to do with your six pack showing? If anything, you would look better than people with a slab of muscle in the middle but nothing supporting it.

alright ill keep it up with the side bends chest raises and the swiss ball crunch then

Woodchoppers are an excellent exercise. But do not focus on one lift.Switch it up continuosly to keep hitting muscle groups from different angles.

i tottaly agree with this... i did the abb roller for a month, then i went back on the swiss ball crunch i was burning like a bitch the next day :-X
