well..here goes...I'm sick of being called "cute" so I'm ready to work hard and buff up. I've been watching the posts and am ready to start my own personal diary. First up is setting my goals.I've bought a scale that shows BMI as well as weight and it will track up to 52 weigh ins before it starts to delete them.I don't just want to lose weight I want to train hard and be really healthy,I'm not in a hurry either I just want to do it right.I have a gym membership and am also planning a gym in my basement with a treadmill and Wieder Full body compact home gym.I have free weights,different size exercise balls,skipping rope,chin up bar a step and lots of videos but would like to get a few new ones to sabbatoge evil boredom.I really like "get ripped" I have two of these.I plan on alternating weight days with cardio days but will still do some cardio on weight days but more intense cardio on the actual cardio days.85% of losing weight is eating right so I will plan out my week on Sunday nights and do my best to stick with it.Any tips or advice would be welcome and I will post pics when I learn how.That's all for now.Oh and I have put an order in for victoria secret which should arrive any day and keep me inspired.
