Hey there folks,
I'm writing this from Ireland. I started on my weight loss program five weeks ago.
Starting weight 221 lbs and my aim then was to get to 175 lbs but now I am really hoping for a goal weight of 168. I'll revise then if I want to lose more.
I am female, 36 yrs old, 5' 8.5" in height and of medium build.
Lowest weight as an adult around 160 lbs highest about 238 lbs.
I have lost 12 lbs in the first 5 weeks and feel great most days for it.
I feel I might possibly have a fear of losing the weight and wonder have others felt this?
Everyone around me knows what I am doing as I feel I cannot lose control that way. If they see me eating or tempted to eat anything I shouldn't they will say it.
I haven't excelled on the exercise front but plan to up that as the weeks go on. I work shift so sometimes it's hard as I'm tired.
I would like to thank everyone so far on here who have posted such inspirational stuff.
