yes, I have the same problem. but I already exercise daily and rigorously. I run 7 miles a day (one hour) on an incline and jump rope for an hour and a half, after that.
there is no way I can possibly do any more cardio. yet, my inner thighs just keep on getting fatter and fatter, sporadically and for no reason at all. and there is nothing I can do about it. How on earth do you lose weight in a region of your body that doesn't even perspire when the rest of your body is drenched in sweat?
at this point I'm so desperate I've begun to consider liposuction.
