Shrinking inner thighs and calves?

okay...i think the title is pretty explanatory but i'll just say it again. how do i shrink my inner thighs and calves? please help me =)
 
Not necessarily... the only way you can really 'shrink' your thighs/legs is if you get the fat off them first (which 80% of your success is diet)... and then Do more reps/less weight and make sure you stretch your legs... BUT... thanks to genetics, you might not be able to slim them down...

First off, since you're female, you have wider hips which is bone... so you can't fix that... also amount of muscle can't be changed unless you want to be very week...

mm not entirely accurate,

i'd say cardio would be an exercise where you train the endurance of your body instead of power. lifting weights for power can also send your heart racing above 60% of your max. the purpose of cardio is to make the endurance better in the muscles, thus it needs less oxygen and so the heart doesnt have to work as hard, pumping blood. Cardio is usually an aerobic excercise which means that you do it for at least 12 - 15 min (when not fit lol)
 
Gosh guys....Its almost like my thighs and butt are the last thing to trim down and the first thing to plump up!!! HELP!!
 
yes, I have the same problem. but I already exercise daily and rigorously. I run 7 miles a day (one hour) on an incline and jump rope for an hour and a half, after that.

there is no way I can possibly do any more cardio. yet, my inner thighs just keep on getting fatter and fatter, sporadically and for no reason at all. and there is nothing I can do about it. How on earth do you lose weight in a region of your body that doesn't even perspire when the rest of your body is drenched in sweat?

at this point I'm so desperate I've begun to consider liposuction.
