my goal is 200 lbs and the before picture is me at 305 lbs and the second picture is the in between at 237 lbs
i finally made an account and all you have inspired me soooo much thank you =)

by the way the first pic is in a XXL shirt and the second is a loose fitting XL
 
Congratulations on your progress! How tall are you? I never would have guessed you were 305 in that first picture, you carry your weight very well.

Well done you look so much better.

What has your diet been, it must have been good to lose all that in 7 months.

Also what sort of exercise have you been doing?
 
My Height is 5'10"
My Diet mostly was sticking around 1600 to 1800 a day with sunday or monday being an off day
on a regular day
Breakfast:
Quaker double fiber oatmeat 2 packets with milk about 700cal
morning snack:
lean pocket 280cal
lunch:
2 fruit 300cal
afternoon snack:
lean pocket again 280cal
dinner:
dannon light and fit yogurt with smart pop popcorn 120cal
total cal for an average day 1680cal
also id have sunflower seeds throughout the day sometimes

exercise
average day would be walking 2 miles running 2 miles or
aerobics with a 20lb weighted vest also holding 2 15lb dumbells for 30 min and then right after 10 minutes of planks crunches reverse crunches and other various ab excercises
thats mostly it
