Shoulders and back

Any shoulder press, push press, bentover rows, cable rows, deadlifts, pullups.
 
the arnold press is great for traps... and i agree with newf, pull ups & deads for your back..
 
like the other guys said some sort of overhead press is great for big shoulders

Single arm bent over rows for your lats and shrugs for your traps.
 
For shaping the delts I love to do side (lateral) raises followed by front raises, these two exercises combined with military press and possibly shrugs or upright rows would make an excellent should routine.
