shoulder workouts and arm wrestling???

What are some good shoulder workouts? I'm gonna start working my shoulders out more but I don't really know which workouts would be best? Right now shoulder wise (or, in that general area) I'm doing dips, pullups, military press, and some dumbell thing this guy in the gym told me to try...What wlse should I be doing?...(part 2) What muscles does arm wrestling use? What workouts can I do to "improve my arm wrestling skills" lol? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
 
front raises, laterial raises, arnold press, upright row, rear delt row, behind the neck press...

2. you use all your muscles from your legs up to your back all the way down to your arms..but i would think you use your arms more then anything since its ''arm wrestling''..try doing reverse curls, wrist curls, hammer curls etc
 
speedkills hit the nail on the head with those excersizes. ArnoldPress2win :D.

Another good one is either on a lat pulldown machine or a chins frame, do reverse pulldowns/chins (so that your knuckles point away and your palms point towards you), excellent for both your lats and rear delts.

rotator cup exercises are wonderful for arm-wrestling strength... i won a little competition with some larger friends with that tid-bit of know how lol..
