When I work out, my one shoulder tends to always slump lower than the other. I'm not certain if this is a muscle problem or just how joints are? This also only happens when im lifting weights. Any advice?
First thing I would think is too much weight for your weaker arm, and we pretty much all have one. If I work too intense I notice my left shoulder breaks form alot, slumps down and moves more. I lower weights and try and build up the weaker one.
Nothing ever broken. Perhaps I will just work more on my shoulders or workout in front of a mirror and correct the problem as needed? I'm hoping it will eventually get strong enough to end this problem.
