When ever i bench heavy weight ie. 80% +; i get this kinda pain in my seft shoulder(around where the rotator cuff is). Does any body know why this maybe and are there any things i could do to strengthen it?

your chest is probably to strong in proportion to your back,scapula, and rotator cuffs.I would include more scapular stabilization rotator cuff work back work etc.. but You should probably see a doctor to be safe.
