Shoulder, bicep question

I was looking for some suggestions on exercises. I will try to explain it, I have pretty good size biceps and shoulders but I am looking to tone or work on the area on the arm that puts in the curve between the shoulder and the bicep. Basically if my arm is hanging down to my side you cant see the definition from the bicep flowing up the arm... I want to get that cut inbetween. I hope I explained it somewhat well.

You can't spot reduce fat in any one area. The way to get what you want is by reducing body fat, which is achieved through eating in a deficit, lifting hard and heavy, and doing whatever extra calorie burning exercise you choose. Also, I hope you are doing a well rounded routine, hitting all body parts, and not just shoulder and arms...
 
why don't you do some deadlifts and stop worrying about your arms. And one day when you pull a crazy amount you'll look in the mirror and notice you have the arms you've always dreamed about....


lmao thats how it happened with me atleast. i gave up on arm exercises.

you could jus cut bodyfat and that will happen. If it is the cut i'm thinking about, I see alot of cut small kids with that cut.
