I was looking for some suggestions on exercises. I will try to explain it, I have pretty good size biceps and shoulders but I am looking to tone or work on the area on the arm that puts in the curve between the shoulder and the bicep. Basically if my arm is hanging down to my side you cant see the definition from the bicep flowing up the arm... I want to get that cut inbetween. I hope I explained it somewhat well.
