should i

i wanna keep myself toned whilst im gaining weight
at the end of my workout should i like high reps of low weight for the muscles i wanted toned?
or should i do like a whole day lets say friday of high reps and low weight?
 
In the last few weeks you have made 21 new threads. Each time you make a new thread its takes up space on the servers and costs our hosts money. If this forum gets bigger than our hosts can afford they will simply shut us down.

Stop making new posts. You can just carry on with your old threads, when you write somthing new it will go back to the to of the forum so you wont get any more or less interest.

Im not gonna answer your question cos it has been answered in other threads you have started.
 
manofenkt it hasnt been answered thats why i wrote it again. also ppl dont like reading old threads.

but i get ur point so my appology. wouldnt it be alrite after using this thread i delete it?
