should i run more?

i run about 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week and 3 miles when i have a lot of energy is easy for me and when im not so motivated or its really hot i can still do it but just really feel it the last qtr part but im wondering if i should run more. im tryin to lose weight n fat but not muscle i currently weigh 205lbs n im 6'1 thanks.
 
Engaging in cardio for an extended probably of time is usually going to result in some muscle loss. You might want to check out the HIIT forums, though. High intensity interval training is probably the best way to lose that unwanted fat without losing as much muscle.
