I'm 17 years old, I eat about 2400 KCal a day (usually around 60% Carbs and 20% Protein and Fats) , and exercise two times every day (for about 2-3 hrs in total [push-ups, crunches and legs) I've been exercising for about two years now.
I still feel pretty skinny, what should I change, what do you think? I'd like to gain a bit more mass, especially when it comes to arms. should I increase the ammount I eat or any other tips?
