should i even bother working out???

the problem is that i have like really really small bones like my wrist and ankle is really small. I have like chicken legs : [ anayone know how to get rid of that??? If i work out will my muscles like get bigger ,but my bottem leg part besides my calves won't get bigger? I think i would look like a freak if my thighes are big and i still have chicken legs

weight, height, age, gender
your current diet, or eating routine

To give you a quick answer of whether you should bother working out or not. Its a YES. You are unhappy of how you are currently. Which is why alot of people including myself turned to this website. I have read 3 hours of night, since I first registered here which was a few weeks before making my first post. Now your age has a big factor in what you claim to be "chicken legs." Give us a little more information about yourself, and I will assist you as much as I can, but everyone else who is more experienced I'm sure will be more than willing. Consistent dedication, and motivation will get you where you want to be.
