By Bulking and being in a caloric surplus I would put on muscle when doing me weights routine....But if I was in a deficit I would not be able to gain any muscle and hardly any strength right?? Well the fact is I am kinda fat yet not totally obese so I am not sure where to start....
I could concentrate on losing the weight and being in a deficit...But I don't have any muscle under the flab to expose by cutting...So should I bulk first and whilst doing so would it make my belly any fatter and boobs any bigger or is it possible to reduce fat at the same time as being in a caloric surplus?? That is one thing I have never really understood but I have been told cutting and losing weight by focusing on a deficit with a concentration on Cardio would help me lose the fat but also I would not be able to build strength and noticeable muscle because I would not be eating enough...
My Problem, Skinny-ish arms and shoulders with a bit of a flabby belly and the start of man boobs! I don't want to look any fatter which I am worried a caloric surplus would do to me:
NB: OF COURSE THE SURPLUS/DEFECIT WOULD ALL BE HEALTHY AND EATING VERY WELL, I DON'T THINK SURPLUS MEANS FAST FOOD ETC.
