Should I be doing this?

I normally like to get home from school, tired, and than do about a 20 min workout. I like to take a break after this 20min, sit down at the comp, for about 1 hour, than work out for another 20min.

Should I be taking this break, should I do it all at once, or does it not matter?

what do you do when you get home, cardio or lifting? Either way, you need to keep your heart rate up IMO. Do forty strait minutes.

again, do 40 minutes. i'll burn more calories, but more importantly it'll build up more physical fitness endurance.

Sorry, I should have posted what I was doing. I am doing lifting.

To loosing calories, thats not a problem right now. I am actually trying to gain some pounds of fat. Right now my BF is low, and I would like to rase it about 4%, or more.

your tiredness/lazyness is making you break up your routine, there is no sense behind it whatsoever.

the break does nothing for fitness or muscle gains, and you'll only put on LEAN mass with a properly constructed weight program.

if you're doing 20 mins and then are too tired to do another 20 mins then you're overworking or are a bit lazy.
