There is a link to the shotgun method. I have just realized that there are some exercises catorgorised with like A1 and A2 and then something like C and B. for example are A1 and A2 Supersets or am i just supposed to alternate between them with the suggested rest time until all sets are done?

As far as the shotgun workout goes I've got no idea you might wanna ask the shotgun people. Why not do the Defranco 4 day? Those t-nation workouts can leave you in the dark if you see what I mean.
