Shotgun method confusion...help please.

TESTOSTERONE NATION - The Shotgun Method

There is a link to the shotgun method. I have just realized that there are some exercises catorgorised with like A1 and A2 and then something like C and B. for example are A1 and A2 Supersets or am i just supposed to alternate between them with the suggested rest time until all sets are done?
 
Hey smithie what happened to your avatar (the girl with teeth and a beard) :argue: As far as the shotgun workout goes I've got no idea you might wanna ask the shotgun people. Why not do the Defranco 4 day? Those t-nation workouts can leave you in the dark if you see what I mean. :)

You got it. If it says A1 bench press and A2 seated row, then you'd do one set of bench, then go and do one set of row, then back to one set of bench, and then one set of row, etc until you've hit the number of sets needed. Then you would go and do the sets for B and then the sets for C1, C2, C3 (if it had a C1, C2, C3).
