You look great!

You truly are an inspiration and you look awesome! I have a lot to lose, but I have to lose it now or my health will just keep deteriorating. I pray that I can have such a success as you did!

I lost it by doing a low fat diet and exercise!! TO lose 105 pds it took 16 months! Thanks!!
 
Ok, next question for you...at what point did you start exercising? From the beginning? What kind of exercises did you do and how often? Sorry for being nosy, but I've just started my own long weight loss journey, and need all the advice I can get!

I started exercising as soon as I started dieting! I would riding a stationary bile at home doing 2 miles at time with hopefully doing 6 miles a day! Then I switched to Richard Simons tapes and walking which I still do today! I try to workout for at least 5 days a week but sometimes I only get 3 days a week! Good Luck to you!

That is HILARIOUS!!!! :p Thigh boots or no thigh boots you're still BLAZING HOT!!! ...but you might want to get a pair, I'll bet you could work those boots girl! ;)
