Hmmmm. I'm on day 8. I stepped on the scale on the 3rd and it was 200.4. Time to make some changes. I cant seem to get to the gym but I have cut back on calories. This morning the scale read 194.6. I'm sure there was a good four pounds of water weight but I'm still optimistic. I tried to convince myself to only weigh once a week but I just cant help myself. I am trying to cut way back on carbs and fat and up my protein. I've been getting up early and making smoothies for breakfast with light OJ, frozen fruit, soy protein, and the occasional veggie. Yesterday I used broccoli. ICK!! Spinach is good in there though! Lunch is usually a 200 calorie sandwich and dinner is a lean protein and a little bit of carbs. Last night was pork loin with pear sauce and wild rice w/ green beans. Lots and lots of water. I pray I can make it through the weekend without putting it all back on. I love beer!! Light beer doesn't cut it so I've decided to give it up. Hopefully I can stay strong!
