Food verdict - NO! What I ate wasnt bad, but it wasnt in my plan! I just felt like crap all day. Very tired and weak. No excuse though. I didnt do cardio either. TOday is a new day, and its FRIDAY! The plan is to do fullbody and cardio today, and eating perfect!!!!

So proud of myself, had friends come over for some drinks and snacks last minute and formyself I managed to put out quite a few diffrent choices to not feel guity over-plus its what I had in the house!!

Going roller blading now, turned out pretty today!!

Wendy - I HATE HIIT lol, its torture in my mind!!

I really want to get in some LISS, but I was gonna try doing it fasted-so that means I would have to wake up earlier - Hasn't happend yet! I'm having some personal issues, and it's keeping me up at night and giving me bad dreams. Maybe tonight I can do some after my workout. I need to get my wanna be ipod hooked up with some tunes to keep me going that long -(40min)
 
I like the we're talking on instant message - but you post the question!! LOL I guess Im doing interval training but I'm not sprinting -I'll die!
 
Well you're in the ballpark at least - I'd think you'd have to train up to doing really high intensity work.
 
So far food a yes! Actually I think I might need to eat a bit more. It's weird being so strict on myself surpresses my appitite I think since theres nothing I can have that I want :rolleyes:

I usually don't do anything active tonight, but my usual plans gotre arranged so instead I clean the house for 2hurs which felt like a nice thing both mentally and physically lol.

Tomorrow I'm doing weights btw - so hold me to it, I feel a bit like I'm slacking. And I really need to sep it up.
