Shellsy's way!

Ok so food verdict for yesterday is a YES! I also did HIIT for 10min - the first 3min was fast paced jog/run, and the rest of the time was a fast walk/jog! Regardless I made it the whole 10min!! :D :D

Yea!! So happy for you.

Congrats - next time try for 10 minutes and 30 seconds :)

I'm telling everyone that I'm supposed to go to the gym tonight for fullbody so I don't let anyone down :D Cause I'm scared since it will be PEAK hour!! But I can do it, I can I can!

I did it! LOL! And the worse part was the little womens section had the flat bench missing, so I was forced to go by the guys  But I survived LOL. I notice it makes me nervous when theres a trainer around while I'm working out cause I have no confidence that I'm doing everything right  But then I got to watch them work there clients out and to me it looked lik they weren't even working up a sweat, just going through the motions.

Whatever, I prevailed today! Tomorrow off!

Food a yes so far today. I'm about to make all sorts of meals to have on hand for the rest of the week now!:D

I did -

Cable Seated Row
Bench Press
Lunge
Straight Leg Deadlift
Triceps Extension
Single Leg Calf Raise
Crunches - this is when I felt the twinge (did this on the stability ball w/ 10lbs)

Where exactly was the twinge? The lower back? From my totally uneducated point of view, it looks like most of, if not all the exercises involved your lower back to some degree, particularly the deadlift. Is it possible the muscles were fatigued and things got out of alignment?

the twinge happened during the crunches though - its my right middle to lower side. The hubby thinks I hyper extended it on the ball possibley. Its not agonizing, I just have to let it rest for now, like I had to let my groin rest! I guess live and learn ya know

Just caught up on your diary, you are doing great! Keep up the great work. I used to work out at the Y I know what you mean about being uncomfortable, but as you said you prevailed. Keep up the great work!

Missy

Thanks missy!! The sad thing is I only lost 1 pound:rolleyes: I thought it was ok to weigh in since its been a full week of pure goodness lol But I have to say my clothes are fitting way loser, and the hubby said he can see a diffrence. I'm also hoping my digital scale is off :p Either way, I'm uping the cardio to LISS 3xs a week for 40min as well as my HIIT 2xs a week.
