Doing multiple exercises in one go, like, with an appropriate weighted barbell or dumbbells do, Clean->Squat->Push Press->Pushup->Row. That's 1 rep.
Kind of, yes - from what I can see, complexes are usually 3 or more exercises strung together. 2 is usually a combo lift. Semantics really as you're working your butt off in either case.
Oh the other day I did with a pair of db bicep curls into over head press into tricep ext -I think I named them right - those killed my triceps since they were used in 2 of the 3 motions!
btw ppl I had such a couple of days and I havent drank! Woo Hoo its been 4 days -Im pathtic but its big for me!
Hey everyone - just wanted to say sorry for no updates -I'm doing great though! And today Im so excited to give my boss 2 weeks!! I got a better paying job, and Im outa here -so much crap going on Im so happy to stick it to them here!
BTW lost another 4 lbs!! My thighs are actually getting bigger though -all muscles though, but ripping through my jeans lol.

so, what's your new job?? i actually found one and supposed to start tomorrow. sucks though because i had to get a tooth pulled right away, so i'm gonna be a little uncomfortable for my first week there. i wish i could start it on monday instead of tomorrow..ugh!
shellsy, since u r doing so well, u should really keep before and after pics so we could see how u progressed. that would be awesome!
You poor thing with the toothIm glad you found something though! The new place does environmental work, but I will be doing my same office stuff - quickbooks, customer service, appointments etc - seems really less then what I do now, and more $$$$ lol. Closer to home too! Oh and way less dressey - which Im not sure if I like, I hate jeans I rather wear dresses, but whatever.
Friday my Trainer totally kicke dmy butt - we jogged/walked 2miles,20min. Then the idea of a crueling leg workout was beyond my craziest nightmare! I did tons of walking lunges all diffrent ways with the medicine ball to hit the core too. It was pure torture!
My workout tuesday kicked my a$$ -literally, I did a lot of walking lunges and my thighs and butt are so sore. Since I'm off and it was AWESOME out did a lot of walking and yesterday did walk/jog for 30min -I really hate jogging, I have no stamina. I'm going to train in a lil bit, and I know he has a 20min jog as a start :bncry:
Been doing good until yesterday drink wise. Me and the husband had it out Wednesday and all is fine now, so we went out to unwind yesterday and I had a lot to drink -lots of LongIsland Ice teasdreading working out today because of it.
I'm down too cause as much as I feel better about myself I hate my friggen mid section. Maybe I'm just to hard on myself, but I wish it would tighten up like the rest of me has. I wonder if me uping my cardio on my own will get that going?
