Shas weight loss Diary

I dont have any great weight loss to report I have been doing prettygood sticking with 2000 calories a day or under but I dont realy know how much weight I have lost. I keep saying I need a new scale but every time I go to the store it slops my mind, as I said in my last post alot of cloths that where tight are not as tight but I am not seeing any huge diffrences as of yet.
 
I just did something I have not done for along time I worked out I did walk away the pounds express advanced 3 mile walk workout vidio, I almost gave up after the first two miles becoust my kids where wanting to hold on to my legs but I pushed on, it realy was not that bad it makes me wonder why I stoped doing it, I was doing it everyday for awile then oneday I just stoped. anyway Im going to try and get in a 45 min workout 6 days a week.
 
hehe i wish i had scales that weighed me in so light all the time *G*

Keep up the good work - dont worry to much about the night snacks, i get the same.
Cant sleep with an empty tummy. I usually have a glass of milk and piece of toast to keep the cals down somewhat.
 
Well I finely went and got a new scale one that weighs down to .2 of a pound so I can see changes even if it is not a whole pound which is good, the down side was weighing on it, its not as nice as my other scale it has me at 247.0 lb It is nite time and I usely weigh more at night so I will weigh in the morning but something tells me Im not going to be 17 lb lighter.
 
yesterday my new scale had me at 242.8 and this morning it is at 242.4 I cant help but be a little upset, its silly being in my 230's was to heavey but finding out Im in my 240,s has got me down a bit I remember when I was 9 mounths pregnent with my son I was 244 lb
 
My new scale came with a pedometer, so I desided to try it out becouse I do alot of walking at work,and I dont know why Im not in great shape according to it I took 17,135 steps and I just did what I normally do atleast 5 days a week. the other two days I probebly dont do nearly that much but still. anyway I ate 1900 calories today I will hopefully report a loss in the morning. I know I said I was going to join the once a week club but with this new scale showing even small changes I think I will stay better motavated if I can see changes more often even if they our only ounces. PS Sunnybunny 30 had her gastric bypass today and it went well.
