i've lost 14 pounds but i have a long way to go. The past 3 weeks (4-5 days a week), i've taken up exercising, walking and biking. my strength and stamina is vastly improving. i want to work up to walking 2 miles a day and biking 6 miles a day. Eventually, i want to take aerobics and yoga or pilates. my eating needs improvement but i know i can do it. i've not yet lost any weight since beginning this regiment but as i said, i'm not giving up. i know i can do this, i'm not going anywhere.
