I read the sticky and am starting with the questions on it
-- How much weight do you want to lose? 50 pounds
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? 1 year
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?Exercise

-- How realistic is your goal?I think its very doable
-- When will you start? I started Dec 29th 2007
What is your current height and weight? height is 5'2 and on 12/29/07 I weighed 221 pounds
If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 170
At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? 190
Why do you want to lose weight? to have more engery and not look preggie all the time
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? no event
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? well lets see, last year it was pneumonia, 2 broken ribs and a broken ankle all at different times
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I'm having to buy larger clothes
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? being more active
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?I lost 60 pounds once doing nothing but walking
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?got lazy
What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?Dieting...I dont know why it doesnt work
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?Sure
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?I cook at a lot...most meals are grilled meat, steamed veggies, a potato of some form and salad
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?Depends on budget...usually fast food when I do
What are your three favorite foods?Spaghetti, salad, steamed veggies
What are your three favorite restaurants?Longhorns, Red Lobster
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?grill not fry, steam not fry
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?I wouldnt have to keep buying new clothes
Do you eat when you are not hungry?nope
Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?nope
Do you hide your food or eat in secret?nope
Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?nope
Do you eat as a reward?nope
Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?Yes

In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?working my way up to extended cardio
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? Home and Gym
What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?I dont have a favorite yet
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?I have noticed Im not ready for bed at 7 pm now that Im exercising
