Shaking

Oh man i got such a great workout today. I was reading up on drop sets last night, so i went and did drop sets today. After the workout my chest and arms mostly but basically my whole upper body felt like it got such a good workout that i was like actually shaking. I hope this is a good thing. Oh yeah and i took creatine about an hour before the workout and i felt like i actually had more energy. benching seemed to be a bit easier, as did cable rows. it was great.
 
Shaking is not a problem at all. It's a combination of things; but it's not a problem as long as it goes away.

Creatine certainly will make you feel stronger.

You should see me walk out of the gym on leg day, and then try to drive off in my manual transmission coupe. its like a mini-workout all of its own ;)
