Sexy, Flirty, and Fun in 38 Pounds!

It's been a while since I have been on. At one point in time I was down 24 pounds with only 16 pounds to go! However I ended up gaining most all of that back. I have gone down and back up again a few times. I really want to stick with this and get my weight down. It's SO ridiculous that I can't stop eating cause those 10 mins I spend eating something delicious is obviously so much better than feeling confident in myself and my body. Sigh. Gonna give it another go!


Original Starting Weight: 168

Starting Weight Now: 166

Mini Goal Weight: 160 by August 4th

Final Goal Weight: 128



Right now I am trying to have Mini Pita Sandwiches with Turkey plus fruit/veggies for lunch. Salmon with usually a small pasta side with fruit/veggie for supper. I don't tend to have breakfast but I would like to start going to the gym in the morning so I might have a cheese string in the morning or something.
 
So I am sitting here, not having eaten since supper and... I am NOT hungry at all. I rarely eat more than I should because I am hungry, I generally eat because I am bored or because "tastes so good!" It is all mental for me, I don't physically feel hungry at all!!
 
Today didn't go as well eating wise cause I was out of the house the whole day and it was blistering hot so I couldn't bring food without a cooler or something. But I was either sitting and SWEATING or walking around so hopefully I got rid of some calories too.
