Sex, Testosterone and Muscle mass

I just found out that not only does it not interfere with muscle gain, but it actually helps.
Just make sure it's 1 hour after the workout, not too straining and not everyday (4 yes, but on the fifth, no).
Holding the juice in pumps up T, but after 7 days of "the iron pants", the body thinks you became a nun and stops making T...
I just pick a day in which I would like to be in my prime (like: Chest&Biceps day), and do nothing interesting the day before. I usually change the day once in a while to let the other muscles have a T boost, and it's not like it's only up to me to decide exactly when...

I don't get the craving of some people for sexual activity, it's like the only thing that matters to them. I am no nun, but I can put in some other things in my priority list...
