Set/Rep help

Hello,

I have been doing a pyramid rep scheme for about 4 weeks now. I have been thinking that i need to change it up to do a pyramid on wednesays, and Mon, and Fri do something new.

I have tried the 5x5, adding one weight until the end. But i am trying to gain strength and size at the same time.

So what set/rep scheme would you guys reccoment for me?

for strenght and size 5x5 should work. basically. 4-8 is both size and strenght, the closer to 8, the more size and visa versa
 
Ya so i am going to try 5x5, but i dont want to BULK up very much. Just want strenght with some mass. Does this mean my diet has to be a bulk diet, or maintenance?
