Alright, as of right now I'm about 6'1" tall and weigh about 150 lbs. Over the last year or so I've lost about 30 pounds, starting at 180 lbs. I go running often now and many of my friends are on track, and I run long distance, regularly 2 miles every other day or so.
Here's the problem: I'm very skinny now and I'd like to bulk up, however I fear that this will damage how well I do at distance. I've been planning to run long distance next year for track for a while now, and talk about it with my friends often. So I have two roads to choose from, to bulk up or to keep working for long distance. I don't know if it's possible to do both, let me know. Any help here would be appreciated.
