First of all, a short presentation
I'm SeoChan and I'm 18 years-old
I decide to date to lose weight to feel better about myself !! ^^
Starting weight : 125lbs
Desired weight : 113-115lbs
Let's enjoy of the long way that leads us to our goal

I will take my time, I want to be sure of the weight loss. But if I can lose 5 pounds before Christmas it could be good

I think 7-8 pounds in less must be more realistic...

I wish I could be at an ideal weight XD
Why do you want to lose weight?
I feel bad about myself... But I want mainly muscles
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?

What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?

Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Because all of my friends are skinnier than me and they look healthier. They don't eat as much as I do ><"
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
I don't really have accurate idea on this question... firstly I will replace bad food by healthier food.
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
I lost in the past almost 3-4 lbs, I just stopped soda and very bad food.
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yes, I think the beginnig is the most difficult so in writing down all food and drink consumed can help me !! ^^
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
Not often, although I like cooking.
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Well... I often go out to eat >< I often go to japanese restaurants with friends.
What are your three favorite foods?
Chocolate, sushis and red pepper
What are your three favorite restaurants?
Japanese, italian restaurants and Starbuck ( is it consider as a restaurant ? XD )
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?

No honestly I don't think everything in my life will be different hihi but when it will happen ( because it will happen ! XD ) I could be no longer concentrate on my weight ( but of course I will continue to eat balanced meals )

Espaecially when I use the computer ><" Otherwise I never eat when I'm not hungry (
What do you normally eat for a meal?
I thnik my meals are balanced, but as I said I eat between meals... T_T

Every snacks I find on my way ><"
In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
I'm proud to say that every morning I climbed 105 steps to go to university XD
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
I often dance in my home, I try to improve by myself and I plan to go to the swimming pool once a week.
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
Listen to music I really love motivate me so much and I don't know why XD
