Self Control

Jeez, I kind of suck at updating this thing. Here I am almost a month since my last post and I'm still at a terrible 123 lbs. I have definitly been self medicating with food and alcohol and I'm very determined to quit it. Today is a new day and I haven't eaten anything as of yet. I'm getting ready to go for a 3 mile jog. I didn't drink any alcohol yesterday and I plan to stick with that today. I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm so sick of missing out on life due to feeling too unfomfortable in my own skin to get out and do things. Here is to a good day!

Hello! Me again.. still at 123. Trying desperately to get back in the swing of things. Today was a decent day food and work out wise, so I figured i'd give this journal another shot while I'm on the right foot. I am hoping to be below 123 tomorrow.

Down to 122 this morning. I've really been doing amazing with my work outs. I used to walk 2 miles a day but I upped it to 3 about a week ago. I also added crunches and situps into my mix. I'm hoping to see some awesome results with this. One thing I've noticed is I eat way too many carbs, so I need to work on combating that. I work in an office setting where Im sitting down all day. Carbs are the devil for people like me! Same thing goes for fat. I'll get there!

Yesterday:

3 miles of walking
15 push ups
20 crunches

Intake:
Protein bar 180
Coffee 120
Apple walnut chicken salad 340

A few bites of husband's pasta leftovers (epic fail) 250

How have the last few days been? Keeping on track with eating well and exercising? Stay strong and stay motivated.

Hey thanks for checking in. Im no longer using this journal. The username is identical to my email address and I would like to be semi anonymous. I started a new one under the name "healthy living".
