see the abs, gone after fruits?

you ever had one of those days where you felt good because of a great workout like some nice cardio,breaking a sweat. You stomache is falt and the abs are defined then right before bed you eat like 3 oranges like me and wake up in the morning with your stomache feeling bloated like a balloon as if you didn't workout at all the day before. i hate this feeling get it everytime if i eat fruit before i go to bed, they make you feel all gasy and ur stomache is expanded. anyone get this? maybe i should stop eating fruits.:eek: :rolleyes:
 
I think the last line of your post says it all :D Well eat fruits, but definitely not before bed. Causes too much of an increase in insulin.

You probably shouldn't eat fruit before bed anyway.. A) because you might have a difficult time getting to sleep, B) simple carbs like the sugar in the oranges get stored as fat when you sleep
 
Hi, when I make the same mistake as you, I feel the same way as you :D

I love fruits - apples, bananas and oranges, I can't eat only one :D

Sometimes we know what is not good for us but we do it :) And after that we learn our lessons.

So, don't be upset, tomorrow everythink will be ok :)

And eat fruits in the day, not before bad ;)
