see the abs, gone after fruits?

you ever had one of those days where you felt good because of a great workout like some nice cardio,breaking a sweat. You stomache is falt and the abs are defined then right before bed you eat like 3 oranges like me and wake up in the morning with your stomache feeling bloated like a balloon as if you didn't workout at all the day before. i hate this feeling get it everytime if i eat fruit before i go to bed, they make you feel all gasy and ur stomache is expanded. anyone get this? maybe i should stop eating fruits.:eek: :rolleyes:
 
try eating them at a differnt time of day like in the morning or something see if that helps. i wudnt give up the fruits tho , you cud try other fruits aswell.
