Searching for manual Personal Performance Monitor

Hello everyone... Anybody know where I can get a manual for a computer that goes on a Nordic Track Ski Machine called a Personal Performance Monitor- Pulse Sensor?

There is a 5 page manual out there that has the keys to this little computer.

The manual or any direction to where I might get one would be really appreciated.
