Scott's Photos - just started out...

Hey, so i decided to put some photos up now so i can look back and laugh - well thats the idea anyway!

Been training on and off for years and everytime i start to get anywhere i end up stopping :( So im totally determined to beat it this time! This is me 4 weeks into my programme but to be honest i have only been managing to hit the gym 2-3 times a week. But from this week on its gonna be 4 sessions every week with good rest in between workouts.

I think you have a really good base.

What is your goal?

I think you look good now, so you're going to look really hot after more training.
 
Thanks for all the comments - certinely didn't expect them to be as positive!! Goals are to have a decent looking body with flat stomach and good strength - simple as that! :)
