Where to begin??? How about - hi...I'm a 45 yr old female from Ohio. I've been obese since early childhood. Lost & gained enough weight for a small country. Hit my goal a couple times only to lose it (no pun intended)
I did make it to goal this past August and since have had many personal things happen to get me way off track. Regained about 20 pounds. 
Not giving up. Never. I just need to get back there and maintain it this time. I have a rather lengthy (yikes - like 28 pages!) diary on another site that I began 2 years ago, but since that site may be closing I figured it would be a good idea to start one here. Having a daily diary seems the only way to hold myself accountable.
Currently, I count calories...exercise, the usual stuff. For cardio I like to use the elliptical, bike, or dvds (Turbo Jam and Tae Bo are faves) at home. On alternate days I go to Curves to get in some circuit training.
I haven't had a chance to do any reading here yet; I thought I'd at least introduce myself first and then go dive in. Looking forward to meeting you all!
