School started/less time for training

Ever since school started I havent been working out a lot like I did in the summer. I'm not eating as much as I did, and I have lost motivation. It seems like I cant find the time to do this stuff anymore...Please list your opinions on why I am so pathetic (haha, I still have a sence of humor.)

yea i have that same problem. the food at school sends me to the bathroom in 15 minutes, it sucks, its expensive to eat at good places, i sleep 4 hrs a night and about 2 during the day, the gym is a piece of crap....so i follow some rules. i obviously can't get bodybuilder big but i still have a pretty decent body and still working out my strenght. find two hard exercises, like one legged squat and one armed push up, do them throughout the day. never do more than 5 reps and do them as frequently as possible. then go to the gym twice a week and blast your back, hammies and shoulders and you'll be fine.

ok here's my advice...Go to your local sports shop buy a bench (one that has a leg curl on it) and a set of dumbells with some weights and you can workout from home. The total cost will probably end up being 200 - 300 dollars but it's a small price to pay if your dedicated. I'm at school at the moment too and i havn't had a problem in the 6 monhts i've been in the gym. And it's better your own gym to yourself as well.
 
Your defeating yourself in your own mind. The gym is EASY to go to 3 days a week 45 mins. Thats all it comes down to.
