Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by. Good to hear from you all.
Totally agree about the Hollywood waif chick thing(i.e. Keira Knightley)...they all look like teenage boys. Women are supposed to look like women. We're supposed to have curves. Those girls do not look pretty or feminine at all. They need to take a cue from the old school glamorous Hollywood movie stars. Now back in the day, those women were WOMEN!!!!
Thank you all for sharing my joy about my knees, I was in the bubble bath shaving my legs yesterday and I realized that I could feel all these bones in my legs and my knees were just skin over knee caps. I thought to myself, where did all that cushion go? There's no layer of fat there anymore. I had to be extra careful that I didn't cut myself too. Ahhhhh, knees...
So yesterday out went very well food wise. I was gone for about eight hours. I took a cooler snack bag with fruit cups, almonds, cheese. Ate that for a kind of late lunch. Then went out to dinner and the restaurant had the option that you could order any pasta dish minus the pasta and add a salad at no charge. So I went with "Pastaless" Primavera with Chicken and a garden salad. It was really delicous...as the Primavera veggies they used zucchini, yellow squash and sundried tomatoes with feta and pine nuts. The chicken was grilled and I got an herbal vinaigrette on the salad.
And this morning I weighed in at 3.2 pounds less than at the start of the challenge so I was excited about that. Yay!!!!
Rock On Sisterhood!!!
