Say Goodbye To Your Blubber Katee!

Hii everybody.

I'm Katee and I'm overweight (no beating around the bush)... and I'm really not happy about it. There's not really a moment of the day I don't think about my weight or feel self conscious about it... (I'm like a guy..replacing sex with body image!).

I've tried dieting before to no avail (for a whole year and i didn't get all that far)..my willpower is very low and i honestly believe that it will improve when i SEE some changes! (i lost like 16 pounds and noone even noticed..not even me- although my mum did tell me that my knees looked skinnier..thats not really a compliment though!)...

but yes.. I'm trying this time..really really trying. I watched the biggest loser uk today.. i am inspired muchly!!

my goal right now is to be 60 pounds lighter (it's a big goal, but its over the long term duration in my mind!).. so right now the goal would be to average at a minimum of 2 pounds a week.

Anyways..stop by and say hi and tell me that I'm not alone in this! (i probably need counselling more than weight loss!)

Katee x

You're pretty much the same as me with your plan.

Get yourself a ticker and put it in your sig like I have done!

Hi Ya & Welcome! :waving:

The Biggest Loser is a great show and inspires many. :)

Make sure to drop by the "Club" section and "Challenge" section when you get some time. Check them out and see if anything interests you. ;)

They are great for getting yourself kick started and meeting buddies that can help cheer ya on.

I would just set up some easy mini goals to get ya started and once you accomplish those and have progress, you'll be so full of energy/willpower!
