It's weird posting the same thing over and over again. It seems like every Monday I am re-committed to diet and exercise and then the motivation, momentum, and will power drain out over the course of the week.
I have every intention of sticking to my diet and I have been exercising the last few days so hopefully I will turn the corner.
I thought I was good to go over the weekend, but after my daughter's soccer game she wanted to go to Outback and my will power gave out and I had Bloomin Onions and a beer and then a few more at home.
I know I have to stick to a diet over the long term for it to work so I am going to make every effort to stick to it and lose that weight!
