Is it true that after 10 or 20 minutes in a sauna, your muscles are more visible because of water loss?

BTW, how effective is a sauna for sweating out impurities?
 
Yes that is true. Bodybuilders who compete for mr.olmpia dehydrate themselves for a couple day before competition for more muscle tone.
 
Bodybuilders do go through a water loss in the days leading up to competiiton... however I do not know how that compares to a sauna. I wouldn't think you lose that much water in 10 minutes... but I could be wrong.
