these things called Bicycles which..frankly, I believe was introduced into this world because Adam and Eve ate the apple... only way to explain the evil and torture that exercise produces!

:p :p :p ROTFLMAO Yes, I know what you mean. I pause briefly for about 2 seconds as I hold each one...booooooy do those things burn. My abs feel like steel when I get up. My stomach is starting to look really good, but I need to refocus on my legs (which was all I initially thought about). I want my legs to get in much better shape...they've come a long way though! :p

As for feeling like you could do more, I'm not sure. I don't think I'm familiar with the program and if more would "harm" you but I'd venture to say it wouldn't...though what do I know? lol You know your body, listen to it and be careful would be my advice.
 
M2M&K is right though. Sometimes if I overdo it with the abs and stuff I feel it when I get off the yoga mat, but the next morning when I get out of bed....OUCHY, I feel like 100 bicycles fell on my tummy. :p I do mine at night, since you did yours this morning it will probably kick you in the butt a little later or maybe tomorrow morning after those muscles have relaxed for a long period of time and you try to move them then they're going to say, "ahhh NO!" :p
 
LMAO... thanks for all the support everyone.. I think it's gonna be alright.. I may try tomorrow again.... for some reason, something is telling me to switch to the Maya program exclusively during the week, and do the cycling/gazelle on the weekend. Hmmmm that just MIGHT work! Woot! I get off work early today! YAY... I feel dumb because, when I was doing the bicycles, she had me doing 12 reps and I stopped in the middle of em. I paused the work out... BAD idea! She started them over again! LOL.... had to go back and do the first six all over again! LOL

And for everyone to know....dh was so delighted this morning because he put on his dress pants and his tummy is starting to fit IN his pants(not "yucky old man looking way"!!!!) instead of hanging over them!!! AND his belt still stays on the last notch! :D He was delighted!!!! Sexy man that you are :D:D:D

Again...I am soo proud of you!!!!

Well.... after a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG day of work...I've finally gotten home! I had a terrible day... people springing stuff on the two person IT department...gotta love it. I didn't eat lunch today, no calories there :( had to have something before I got home, had a kit kat bar (don't think I'll do THAT again.. 200 calories!!!) and we're having a YUMMY turkey cutlet/veggies/spinach thingys/stuffing dinner... it sounds SOOOOO yummy. Gonna get up and do a half an hour of the Maya program! Wanna feel the BURN!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO

Well hidey ho everyone! It's a wonderful morning! It's 8:13 A.M. and I'm feeling fabulous today! I got up at 4:50, was starting the Maya Program I up'ed it to 30 minutes of weight loss training. Tomorrow will be lower body fitness but yeah, I was all set for it this mornin... I started going and it was good...wasn't sweating much so I paused the work out during a rest period and put a hoody on and the sweat started pouring! :) I was breathing heavy, workin hard, pushing myself. It was actually great. At first, when I started it, I was like... "What am I doing? I'm sitting here bounching around, flailing my arms...I probably look ridiculous..." Then I thought "But I'm gonna look DAMN sexy when I loose the weight! HA" and kept plugging along....and you know what? it was incredible!!! It wasn't NEARLY as difficult as the other day...and I think the reason is because my attitude was COMPLETELY different! I was actually looking forward to it this morning... Oh..and there was another exercise that I don't even remember the name of..but I'm pretty sure it was created for medieval torture purposes... not the bicycles again (THANK GOD) but I digress... it was awesome! Tonight is gonna be a little bit of a lax night for dining (unless I can find a calorie counter for Outback Steakhouse, then I can find something healthy on the menu (My office, as part of the year end bonus gave all of us a $50 giftcard to Outback! Too Right! (Is that an accurate expression Tomble?)

On another note... For those that kept up with the hoopla yesterday... yes...I'm going to be a father again and I'm SOOOO Excited! Yeah money is tight right now, but we are on the cusp of something great financially for us. When we get there, We're actually gonna be able to save money for once! And with the new one, MTM&K's family will be able to be there for the first time when she gives birth, and actually be able to participate in the raising of this one...as well as my two little ones... And that I'm really happy about.... this is just what MTM&K needs... she needs the rest of her family around...it's been too long! It's a long time comin! How's everyone else doing this morning?

Your gonna be damn sexy when you drop the weight...that is great, I love that attitude...That should be everyone sggy line...heeheehee...I use to be embarrassed abt exercising and my fam and ppl seeing but it is the only ay I cna get it done, I dont have much privacey...LOL and half the time anyone wants to talk to me I am on the bike, hahaha...have a good day
 
Thanks twolilangels, I actually like when DW is around..she's a GREAT motivator and now...when I'm exercising, my 2 and 3 year old try to get down and do pushups with me or do my exercise with me when I'm doing the Maya Program...it's SOOOO cute!
