Okay...I'm at work.... and I'm just...well... still not feelin like I did much of a work out this morning... MTM&K thinks I'll feel it later on today or tomorrow because again, I was doing Core fitness... but man... I kinda miss the feeling of the burn that I normally have in the mornings. Almost feel like I'm "slipping" when I know I'm not. I had the normal breakfast, bran cereal w/1% milk and some turkey bacon! I'm about to go do 10 pushups (maybe 20) just so I can make sure I'm getting that upper body work done. todays' kinda a weird day... jsut don't feel like getting up at all to do anything...which is dangerous. The Maya program says I need to not work out tomorrow.... just seems weird. But maybe I shouldn't be pushing myself on a daily basis so hard. What do you guys think?
